We are going to try and set up a game booth at our realy for Young Marines to run if you have any ideas bring them this is something to promote the cancer awareness and provide entertainment for the walkers. Our mission statement for the relay is " to have people register to be Bone marrow donors". This is a great mission in 2003 CO Guiles donated a liter and a half of bone marrow to a man he did not know a match is 1 in 1,000,000 chance. The man was completely cured of Leukemia and mad a full recovery, in 2005 CO Guiles finally met the man whose life he helped save Mr. Brain More showed up at the relay for life in Temecula he and CO Guiles walked a lap together. a cure for leukemia is out their it just resides in our bodies it is up to us to get registered and maybe help save a life. So if you have the intestinal fortitude and think you can beat the CO this year, and want to have a good time sign up and let's get going.
