The Temecula Valley Young Marines Helps out the ASYMCA
In early January of 2011, The San Diego Armed Services YMCA asked for support from the Temecula Valley Young Marines to help with their effort in providing the “Christmas You Missed Event. The Young Marines and the staff arrived at the Armed Service YMCA in San Diego to help decorate for the party this is the 5th year for the Temecula Valley Young Marines to be able to help with this event was for the 700, troops who deployed during the 2010 holiday season and their families. At this event Christmas was recreated and the 11, new babies were recognized solely for those deployed and separated families. Each military family participant received a small gift. And KSON was at the event to show their support (they even thanked the Temecula Valley Young Marines for the great job they did.
The Temecula Valley Young Marines arrived at 1100 and stayed until 1500, during this time the unit helped setup the 23 Young Marines were at the ASYMCA's Gymnasium they decorated the whole gymnasium the Young Marines made posters and paper chains packaged gifts

Told the Young Marines that had they not volunteered to help out when they did this event may not even have been possible. . Before the Young Marines left they took a picture with the YMCA staff and Volunteers
