All Forms are in pdf format you will need adobe reader to view and type on them if you do not have adobe reader you can download it here. Please ensure that all forms are filled out and handed in when requested. All forms must be signed and turned into the unit Adjutant before your Young Marine can deploy with the unit.

Young Marine Forms: These may be some redunt forms from when you first entered the Young Marines however things change. We would like to ensure that your information is still current.

Hold Harmless Agreement (Military): This form is a Military Hold Harmless agreement form and must be signed by the Young Marines and their parents before the Young Marines will be allowed to deploy. These forms will become availbale as contact is made with the differant branches of the military.

Hold Harmless Agreement (Young Marines): This form is a Temecula Valley Young Marines Hold Harmless agreement form and must be signed by the Young Marines and their parents before the Young Marines will be allowed to deploy.

All Forms and any other paperwork in thdeployment website are strictly for the use of the Temecula Valley Young Marines only!!! If your unit wishes to use any of these forms they must ask for approval from the Naitonal Headquarters.
