Unit Summit Certificates

The Temecula Valley Young Marines have been conducting unit Summits since late 2006. The unit will summit record and hike or climb above 500 ft. Peaks at certain Combined elevations the Young Marines will receive a certificate as they summit to differant combined elevations..

 

• There are Four levels of Unit Mountaineering Certificates they are:

  1. Novice Mountaineering (combined elevation of 5,000ft)

  2. Intermediate Mountaineering (combined elevation of 10,000ft)

  3. Advanced Mountaineering (combined total of 15,000ft)

  4. Mountaineering Master (Combined total of 25,000ft)

• There are Four levels of Unit Rappel Masters Certifications they are:

1. Novice Rappel Master

2. Intermediate Rappel Master

3. Advanced Rappel Master

4. Rappel Master
