Teufel Hunden Rules and Regulations
All Unit Commanders must fill out and sign the Teufel Hunden Compliance and acceptance form
By joining this ride club all Units staff must be in agreement to host this club (i.e. it is the responsibility of the Units to agree by either a unanimous vote vote or verbal acceptance)
All prospective riders must fill out the join form and ensure all funds are paid in full
By joining the Teufel Hunden riders you hereby acknowledge that you must be a licensed and insured motorcycle rider.
All units participating must be Compliant with the National HQ's (i.e. no outstanding invoices, financials are up to date).
Any Young Marine that rides with their unit must have a valid state motorcycle safety card.
All riders understand that although this club is to help the Young Marines organization, while a unit is together as a Teufel Hunden rider are any Young Marines, Adult Staff, parent volunteers or other riders ARE NOT protected under the Young Marines national insurance policy.
All riders must adhere to National Teufel Hunden rules and Regulations as well as their prospective unit levels.
All Unit level ride Commanders are encouraged to hold rallies, rides or other events to help promote unit and inter unit camaraderie as well as fundraising for their prospective units and the National HQ’s.
All Units that join the Teufel Hunden Riders do so with the understanding that this club is being put together as a fund raiser for both units and the National Headquarters.
All unit Commanders will submit a spreadsheet with the names of all riders, and the Miles ridden to the National HQ's.
At all times Teufel Hunden riders must conduct themselves according to the Rules and Regulations of the Young Marines organization.
All ride Commanders must ensure all Logistics, Ride Routes ORM's and emergency cards are have been turned in to the proper unit personnel in case of an emergency.
It is the understanding that all unit level Commanders will ensure that a 50/50 split of all funds from any Teufel Hunden rider event will be split between the Unit and the National Headquarters.
Any changes to the Rules and Regulations will be done so by the National Headquarters only not on the local unit level.
Unit Commanders or staff will hold routine Safety classes for new riders.
All Ride Commanders will ensure that a safety brief is given before any rides.
