Michael Guiles

CO Guiles was the Units 2nd Commanding Officer from Feb. 2003 until June 2005. On March 11th 2006, CO Guiles became the units4th Commanding Officer of the Temecula Valley Young Marines. CO Guiles has since implemented a Young Marines Security Force, an aggressive anti drug program and has developed a 12 month training Matrix for the Company.TVYM CO's. CO Guiles has been Married to Stephanie Guiles for 18 Years they meet while CO Guiles was on active duty in the Marine Corps for 15 years. They have two children both are Young Marine Master Sergeants and have been in the Young Marines for 6 years.

Executive Officer / Logistics Officer

Theresa Aguilar

Mrs. Aguilar was voted in as the Company's Executive Officer in September of 2007. Mrs. Aguilar has been the Unit Logistics Officer and Senior Female advisor for the past 6 years, Mrs. Aguilar is instrumental at ensuring the Young Marines are taken care of logistically in and out of the field. Mrs. Aguilar has 1 of her own Children in our unit her.

Stephanie Guiles

Mrs. Guiles has been the Adjutant for the Temecula Valley Young Marines for over 6 years, Since her time as the Unit adjutant. Mrs. Guiles has helped out in the facilitation and dissemination of information within the unit. Mrs. Guiles is a Credentialed teacher. Mrs Guiles is married to Commanding Officer Guiles and is the Mother of Young Marine 1stSgt Sergeant Joshua Guiles Young Marine Master Sergeant Nicholas Guiles.

Martie Aguilar

Mrs. Aguilar has been with the Company for 4 years she holds 2 jobs as a female advisor and as the Units paymaster. Mrs Aguilar is always ready to jump at a moments notice if the unit needs her. She is pictured here with her cousin Alan who was thoughtful enough to spend some of his time off while we were deployed in Washington, DC to take us around.

Mrs. Denise Munoz

Mrs. Munoz was asked to come on staff in 2008 as a female advisor and mentor. Mrs. Munoz has recently put her daughter into recruit class 11-09 two children in the Unit and is loving everything the Young Marines do.

Sgt. Jeff Sparks (USMC, Active)

Sgt Sparks has been with the unit since the summer of 2006.  He is a dedicated mentor and instructor who enjoys working with and instructing Young Marines in general military subjects such as Drill and Ceremonies, Marksmanship, and Military History.  Sgt Sparks has been in the Marine Corps for over 8 years and has been on 4+ deployments to exotic locations around the globe.  It is Sgt Sparks’ intention to make a career in the Marine Corps, and see where life takes him next.

Sgt. Lisa Diaz (USMC, Active)

Sgt. Diaz has been with the unit since late 2007, since that time she has become the Senior Instructor, Female advisor and mentor. Sgt. Diaz is stationed with HMH-462 at MCB Miramar she is a motivator that loves the Corps and her Young Marines. She enjoys the Young Marines adventures and being a part of this program.

Sgt. Noe joined our unit in January 2009. He is currently stationed at MCAS Miramar, California where he serves as Avionics Test Set Technician. .

Josh Smith

Mr. Smith is a former Young Marine with Temecula Valley has been great asset to our unit since 2002, he is becoming a great Youth Leader and is still on the same level as the Young Marines. We look forward to seeing Mr. Smith obtain his dream.

Alyssa Munoz

Alyssa Munoz,just recently became part of our staff in the end 2009, hoping to become our assistant medical officer. Miss. Munoz has recently finished her EMT-basic class, and is on her way to become nationally certified. where she hopes to become a flight medic. Miss Munoz has two siblings in the young marines, and shes been interested in the program ever since they started. She also enjoys taking pictures as a hobby. and will enjoy taking pictures of our young marines and their accomplishments.

Young Marine Sgt. Joe

YM/Sgt. Joe was the inspiration of our Young Marines since April of 2008 when YM/Sgt. Joe joined our unit via YM/MSgt. Guiles he has traveled to Iraq as the Morale and Welfare Officer for the Marines and Sailors of HMH-462. He has flown 7 missions over Iraq, qualified with the .50 Caliber Machine gun. Received the Navy Marine Corps Achievement Medal, Global War on Terrorism Medal, Operation Iraqi Freedom Medal and the Sea Service Deployment ribbon.
