Naval Air station Coronado, California 2006

In 2006 The Commanding Officer of Naval air station Coronado asked if the unit could provide a color guard for ceremonies for the rollout of their new plane, the unit jumped to the call and provided a Color guard detachment as well as a Security force. The Color Guard performed outstanding and we were asked to come back to perform for a Change of Command ceremony this summer. THe Security force was trained by the MP's and they manned the main gates to the Naval air station saluting Officers as they drove, checking ID's and turning away those who had no ID. These photos were provided by Mr. Boudreau the Command Chronologist.
